| Yngvil Åsheim Managing Director BW LNG Yngvil Åsheim is the Managing Director of BW LNG. BW LNG have a fleet of 24 LNG carriers and 3 FSRU with ambitions to grow both in traditional LNG shipping and in floating LNG infrastructure. She joined BW on 1 November 2010 as Managing Director for BW Fleet Management and became Managing Director for BW Shipping in October 2013; and Managing Director for BW LNG in November 2015. She holds a Masters in Marine Engineering from the Norwegian Institute of Technology (NTNU). Åsheim started her career at DNV as a surveyor in 1993 and held various positions within the classification society. In 2002, she joined Höegh Fleet Services, where she started as a fleet manager. After a year, she took on the role of President, responsible for all ship management activities for the Höegh Group. Subsequently, she was appointed as EVP of Höegh Autoliners responsible for global operation and ship management. Åsheim has also held several board positions and is currently a Director of Gard P&I (Bermuda) Ltd. | |

| Jan Dieleman President Cargill Jan Dieleman is president of Cargill’s ocean transportation business, based in Geneva, Switzerland. During his 18-year career with the company, Jan has managed multiple businesses in the U.S. and Europe. Jan joined Cargill in 1999 working as a management trainee in Amsterdam. During the next decade, Jan gained considerable experience as a trading manager across freight, grain, and energy markets. He was appointed the head of Cargill’s coal trading business in 2012 and subsequently led Cargill’s North America power and gas unit. In 2016, Jan moved into his current position as president of the ocean transportation business and also joined Cargill’s Global Corporate Risk Committee. He immediately identified sustainable shipping as a foremost priority within the ocean transportation strategy. He is currently leading his team to realize tangible progress under the United Nations framework for sustainable development. Jan is seeking to drive progress across the maritime industry, as well. In 2016, he became a non-executive director of the Carbon War Room, an organization that focuses on the decarbonization of maritime transportation. He has advocated publicly for higher standards and transformation across the industry as shipping plays an increasingly important role in a sustainable global economy. A native of the Netherlands, Jan graduated from the University of Maastricht with a master’s degree in economics, marketing, and organization. | |
| Elisabeth Grieg Co-owner and Chair of the Board Grieg Group/Grieg Star Co-owner of the Grieg Group and a member of the founding family, Chair of Grieg Maturitas, Grieg Star and member of several boards in the Group. She is vice chair of G2 Ocean AS and board member of TGS Nopec ASA. She served as the first female president of the Norwegian Shipowners' Association. Grieg has also served as Chairman of the Norwegian Guarantee Institute for Export Credits (GIEK) and board member of Nordea AB, Norsk Hydro and Statoil. From 1.9.2017 Kristin she was appointed Global Head of Ocean Industries Division in DNB. This new division includes Shipping, offshore, logistics, oil & gas, oilfield services and seafood, all important industries for DNB. Prior to becoming head of DNB’s Shipping, Offshore & Logistics Division, her responsibilities as head of DNB Americas included responsibilities for the Banks branches in New York and Santiago de Chile as well as Representative offices in Houston and Rio de Janeiro. Kristin has also held various management positions in DNB’s Shipping and Offshore & Logistics in Oslo, Norway and in London, UK. | Ivar Myklebust CEO Höegh Autoliners Ivar Hansson Myklebust started his career with Anders Wilhelmsen & Co in 1994 as Project Manager. He has worked in Pareto Securities as Shipping Analyst; in Nordea Markets as Head of Equity and Research and also Head of Corporate Finance Norway until 2007, when he joined D/S Norden as Chief Financial Officer. Since 2009 he has been Head of Strategy and Special Projects in Nordea, Shipping, Offshore and Oil Services until he joined Höegh Autoliners in 2014 as Chief Financial Officer (CFO). In December 2017, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
